He worked in Geertruidenberg 1772-1792.
He became citizen of Geertruidenberg in 1772 and married in 1773 Adriana Cornelis Girondelle (1743). The daughter of a music instrument maker.
The couple also started a cotton mill in Geertruidenberg.
